Summary
This post introduces Cloudy, Cloudflare's first AI agent, which is embedded within WAF Custom Rules and Cloudflare One Gateway policies. Cloudy leverages Workers AI and LLMs to analyze configurations, providing summaries, identifying redundant/conflicting rules, optimizing execution order, and highlighting disabled rules. It also summarizes Cloudflare One Gateway policies. The LLM is provided with policy/rule data, product documentation, enriched datasets (translating IDs to plain text), and output instructions (JSON). Future plans include expanding AI agent capabilities across other Cloudflare products.
