Introducing the Customer Metadata Boundary

Introduced the Customer Metadata Boundary, an expansion of the Data Localisation Suite, to ensure that a customer's end user traffic metadata stays within the EU. This feature ensures that log messages identifying a customer (containing their Account ID) are not sent outside the EU, and are only forwarded to EU core data centers, not US core data centers.
