One-click ISO 27001 certified deployment of Regional Services in the EU

Summary
Introduced a new region for Regional Services specifically for ISO 27001 certified data centers within the EU. Relaunched the Data Localization Suite UI to allow per-hostname region configuration, moving away from zone-wide settings. Added a self-serve UI for configuring log flow destinations. This enhances flexibility and ease of use for data localization and compliance requirements.
