Introducing Campaign Composer: Proactive, compliant outreach | Decagon

This post introduces Campaign Composer, a new system for building and running end-to-end outbound outreach efforts. It allows teams to configure outreach strategies, channels, running hours, and retry logic directly within the product, eliminating the need for SDK builds or vendor tickets. The system supports complex, regulated use cases by enabling configurable suppression based on contact-specific fields, opt-out and wrong-party flags, and dispositions. It also includes built-in PII and PHI redaction to meet compliance standards like Reg F, Reg X, PCI, SOC-2 Type 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA. The system provides complete visibility into throughput and analytics to optimize outreach, with examples of debt collection, prescription refills, and car rental recovery.
