Bring the web to your data

This post introduces web search capabilities for the Hex Agent, integrated as a native tool. It enables two primary functions: open-ended web search to answer questions requiring external context (e.g., industry benchmarks) and URL extraction to read and bring back relevant information from web pages. This functionality is available via Slack or the MCP and was developed in collaboration with Parallel.
