Editing the IntelliTrace collection plan

Summary
This post details how to edit the IntelliTrace collection plan for the standalone collector. It explains that the collection plan is an XML file used by PowerShell commands to configure IntelliTrace settings. Two default XML plans are provided: collection_plan.ASP.NET.trace.xml and collection_plan.ASP.NET.default.xml. Users can modify these plans using a community tool called IntelliTrace Collection Plan Configurator or by manually editing the XML files.
