Export telemetry from Application Insights

Introduced a continuous export feature for Application Insights telemetry to Azure Blob Storage. This allows users to export raw telemetry data in JSON format, enabling custom processing and analysis using tools like Data Factory, HDInsight, or custom code. The exported data includes raw telemetry (excluding web test results and calculated metrics) and adds location data derived from client IP addresses. Users are responsible for managing storage capacity and deleting old data. Recent updates include the ability to choose specific telemetry types for export and edit export configurations.
