Remote testing - Distributing tests based on number of machines

Introduced a new checkbox in the 'Run Functional Tests' task (formerly 'Run Tests using Test Agent') that allows tests to be distributed to remote machines based on the number of machines, rather than solely at the assembly level. This addresses a customer request for improved remote testing distribution.
