Upgrade to MSTest V2!

This post announces the widespread adoption and encourages the upgrade to MSTest V2. It highlights that new unit test projects in Visual Studio 2017 default to MSTest V2. For existing projects using MSTest V1, the post relies on communication via blogs to drive awareness and manual upgrades, acknowledging that some project types (Coded UI Test Project, Web Performance and Load Test Project) still rely on MSTest V1.
