Usage monitoring with Application Insights JavaScript SDK Update

Summary
Updated the Application Insights JavaScript SDK, changing the root object from `_da` to `appInsights` and renaming APIs to align with Windows Store/Phone SDKs (e.g., `logPageView`, `logEvent`). Modified `logEvent` to accept a single parameter combining path and event name. Introduced the ability to log properties and a metric for page views, with metric reporting available in the Pages Report.
