Adding Persistent Memory to Claude Code with the Lightweight memsearch Plugin

Introduces the memsearch ccplugin, a lightweight plugin for Claude Code that integrates with the memsearch CLI and Milvus. The ccplugin bridges Claude Code lifecycle events (session start, prompt submission, response stop, session end) to memsearch CLI functions. It stores memories in plain Markdown files within the `.memsearch/memory/` directory, enabling human readability and easy migration. Memory recall is automatic: the `UserPromptSubmit` hook performs semantic search and injects top-3 relevant memories into Claude's context without token overhead. Session summaries are generated asynchronously via Claude Haiku upon response stop and appended to daily Markdown files, which are then indexed into Milvus by a background watch process. This approach avoids the complexity and token costs associated with MCP tool definitions and separate vector stores.
