Glean Skills know how your business works

This post introduces Glean Skills, a new capability within Glean's agent orchestration platform. Skills are designed to encapsulate personalized, reusable expertise for enterprise tasks, capturing workflow structure, logic, example outputs, and the tools Glean will use. They leverage Glean's existing enterprise context and can be automatically invoked. Skills also adhere to the open Agent Skills standard, allowing for interoperability with external ecosystems.
