Azure Boards Summer Update

Introduced state transition restriction rules as generally available, allowing users to restrict work item state transitions and by group membership. Added a 'Copy children' option when copying work items, limited to 100 children and same project/work item type. Improved system rules for Activated By/Date and Resolved By/Date fields to be triggered by state category rather than specific states. Announced private preview for system work item types (Issue, Impediment, Change Request, Review, Risk) on backlogs and boards. Outlined upcoming features: better PR integration with work item #mention updates, stakeholder ability to move items across Kanban boards, and Delivery Plans 2.0 enhancements for multi-team planning, roadmap visualization, and dependency tracking.
