Improving the Markdown Editor for Work Items

Improved the usability of the Markdown editor for work items by introducing a clearer distinction between preview and edit modes. Fields now default to preview mode, and users must explicitly click an edit icon to enter editing mode. This change aims to reduce accidental edits and make interactions more intentional and predictable.
