Markdown for large text fields (private preview)

Introduced Markdown support for large text fields in Azure DevOps work items, allowing users to opt-in for individual fields. This feature provides a best-effort conversion from existing HTML content and remembers the user's preference for new work items. Once a field is converted to Markdown, it cannot be reverted to HTML. The feature is available in the New Boards Hub.
