Azure DevOps Roadmap update for 2020 Q4

This post announces updates to Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Artifacts. For Azure Boards, Delivery Plans 2.0 is being integrated into the core product with features like spanning work items across sprints, supporting items without iteration paths, stakeholder access, dependency tracking, and roll-up of child work item progress. For Azure Pipelines, manual validation is being introduced for YAML pipelines, allowing runs to be paused for peer input. For Azure Artifacts, upstream publication latency is being reduced via a new publication-subscription architecture. General updates include the addition of billing, sign-in, PAT, and SSH usage events to the audit log, API support for PAT lifecycle management, on-demand re-evaluation of Azure AD group permissions, and the ability to hide organization settings.
