Delivery Plans 2.0 - We got Style!

Introduced card styling for Delivery Plans 2.0, allowing users to define up to 10 rules with 5 clauses each to visually highlight work items. This feature enhances visualization by enabling users to style cards based on specific attributes, similar to Kanban boards. Clarifications were also provided on toggling dependency lines and ensuring work items display correctly by filling out start/target dates and iteration paths.
