Introducing SharePoint Emulators

Introduces SharePoint Emulators, a system of Fakes based shims implementing the basic behaviors of the SharePoint 2010 server object model. These emulators are available via a NuGet package and can be incorporated into existing tests by wrapping test code in a SharePointEmulationScope. The post also details how to extend the emulators by implementing missing shims and how to run tests against both the emulators and a real SharePoint server using the EmulationMode enum.
