New Basic Process Available in Azure DevOps

Introduced a new 'Basic' process for Azure Boards, simplifying work item types to Epic, Issue, and Task, with a three-column state model (To Do, Doing, Done). Reduced the number of fields on work items to core essentials and simplified the hierarchy to two levels (Issues and Tasks, with optional Epics for grouping issues). This process retains core Azure DevOps functionality like Boards, Queries, Sprints, and Dashboards.
