New Boards Hub, Sprint 211 Update

This post details bug fixes for the New Boards Hub, including issues with remote link types, user locale settings, missing 'Add existing item to parent' option, query renaming, favorite board behavior, parent ID display in 'Copy as HTML', limitations in 'Add Link' project list, sprint burndown chart scrolling, backlog panel extensibility, arrow key behavior on the Kanban board, saving work items when switching tabs, editing remaining work on bugs in the task board, and WEF fields for column options. It also introduces two new features: an option to maintain hierarchy when filtering on the backlog and the ability to copy the URL for a work item attachment.
