New Boards Hub Update, Sprint 221

Sprint 221 bug fixes for the New Boards Hub include resolving issues with link counts on form when using search, incorrect extension registration names and async execution order, errors when using removeWorkItemRelations, boards filters not working with direct links, the planning panel showing more than 10 sprints, issues with comment history display, status badge errors in boards settings, inability to create queries from sprints, disabled work item types being displayed, tags on query results flashing and causing performance problems, and issues with the 'Move to iteration' option for incomplete items and invalid node IDs.
