Taking the MSTest Framework forward with "MSTest V2"

This post announces "MSTest V2" as the next iteration of the MSTest framework, converging implementations for uniform app-platform support across desktop, Store, UWP, ASP.NET Core 1.0, and .NET Core 1.0. It introduces uniform DataRow support, the ability to place TestCategory attribute at class or assembly level, and a single end-user extensibility mechanism. MSTest V2 is delivered as a NuGet package and will be the sole focus for future bug fixes and enhancements, with older MSTest binaries maintained for compatibility in Visual Studio "15".
