Team Work Item Automation Rules (Private Preview)

Introduced Team Work Item Automation Rules, allowing teams to configure rules for automating state transitions of parent work items based on the state of their child tasks. These rules can be set independently for each backlog level (Stories, Features, Epics) and operate within a team's workflow on the backlog and boards. The feature uses State Categories for consistency and defaults to the first state within a category. Limitations include configuration being exclusive to Team admins, rules applying only to work items within the same team, and REST API updates not triggering automation.
