TFS/Agile PM: Configuring so your tasks are estimated in story points

This post details how to configure the unit of measure for the 'Remaining Work' field on Task work items in TFS 2012 on-premise. This is achieved by exporting the common process configuration using `witadmin.exe`, editing the XML to change the `format` attribute for the `Microsoft.VSTS.Scheduling.RemainingWork` type field (e.g., from '{0} h' to '{0} sp'), and then importing the modified configuration. This allows for estimation in units other than hours, such as story points, by changing the displayed suffix on the task board and capacity pane.
