Velocity Widget available for the VSTS Analytics Extension

Introduced the Velocity Widget for the VSTS Analytics Extension, providing enhanced functionality over the existing Velocity Chart. Key improvements include the ability to show velocity for any team, any backlog level or work item type, calculate velocity by summing any field (not just Story Points) or by counting work item types, and display planned vs. actual delivery, highlighting late work. The widget supports sizing to 1x1 for average velocity display. This widget is available upon installation of the Analytics Extension, which also provides Lead Time, Cycle Time, and CFD widgets.
