Where is the field on the work item form to order the backlog?

Removed the 'Stack Rank' (Agile/CMMI) or 'Backlog Priority' (Scrum) field from the work item form in Visual Studio Online to reduce user confusion caused by its arbitrary updates during backlog ordering. The field remains in the work item for scenarios like Excel ordering. Introduced context menu items for changing item position on the backlog as an alternative to drag-and-drop.
